1. Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Before you can apply for a visa, you must be accepted into an Australian educational institution. We will help you secure your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), which is the official proof of your acceptance into a course registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).

2. The “Genuine Student” (GS) Requirement

This is the new, and most critical, part of your application, replacing the old GTE statement. You must now answer a series of targeted questions to prove you are a “Genuine Student.” You must demonstrate:

• Why you chose your specific course and institution.
• The benefits your course will provide for your future.
• Your strong ties to your home country.

3. Financial Capacity

You must prove you have genuine access to sufficient funds to cover your tuition, travel, and 12 months of living expenses. 4. English Language Proficiency

You must meet the minimum English language score required by your institution and the Department of Home Affairs. We can advise you on accepted tests (like IELTS, PTE, etc.) and the scores you need for your chosen course.

5. Health & Character

All applicants must meet Australia’s health and character standards. This involves an official medical examination from a panel physician and, for most applicants, a police clearance certificate from your home country. We will guide you on when and how to obtain these.
